A refund will be issued once the jewelry piece is returned in the same condition as it was mailed out in. If any damage has been caused by regular wear of an item, an additional $20 fee will be assessed.

Items should be returned in a padded package and be insured. No refund for items lost in shipping. Proof of purchase must be included in the package.
